Selling at Auction

All auctions have live online bidding worldwide and every lot is photographed, giving your items every exposure possible.  Our illustrated online catalogue is available to view a week before the auction at

Our in-house catalogue is available to purchase on our view days at a cost of £2.00.


Prior to the Sale

Once your items have been consigned, we will send you a Pre-sale Advice letter detailing the lot numbers, descriptions, estimates and reserves. If you have any questions upon receipt of this letter, please give the office a call.


After the Sale

You will receive a Post-sale Advice letter after the auction, detailing the hammer price of lots sold.  Settlement is usually made 4 weeks after the auction, subject to normal business conditions. Payment will be made by bank transfer directly into your account.



  • Commission to the vendor is 17.5% + VAT
  • Entry fee: £5 per lot + VAT
  • 1% charge for insurance to cover + VAT
